Step 2 - PGS undertakes initial Diagnostic [usually 2-5 days] understand issues, opportunities. Present findings and recommend approach with forecast benefits.
Step 3 - Client/PGS agree terms of Mandate and PGS partners with client to execute on agreed Plan.
