PGS Business Advisory is not about report writing - we listen, analyse, recommend and then drive, lead or support implementation – we do that on a fee for service basis, typically supplemented with equity/cash success based incentives.
Regardless of the need/opportunity/issues, PGS Advisory Directors typically perform a detailed review of the business to ensure there is a clear understanding of the need and in turn ensures our brief is clear, focused and has engagement. A full business diagnostic typically takes between 3-4 weeks from start to finish, this can be shortened where the business has time consequences.

We assess, recommend and drive the change required including bringing in the people and change programs necessary to address the identified and agreed deficiencies/opportunities to grow the business.

We are typically engaged by the Board or Owners of the company and the process starts with a no obligation discussion to understand the need/issue/opportunity the client is trying to resolve – introductions are usually by referral but can be made direct.
